Road Minister Nominee, Kwasi Amoako Atta, says a chunk of outstanding debts owed contractors have been paid. He said though there are other outstanding debts, efforts are being made to pay them.
Mr. Amoako Atta who appeared before the Appointment Committee of Parliament said strict payment regime was followed during the payment process adding that both government and road fund contractors have been covered.
Mr. Amoako Atta said the payment process to contractors has been fair adding that there was nothing like selective payment.
