The MP for New Juaben North Constituency, Nana Adjei Boateng has inspected ongoing paving work at the GBC Sunrise FM premises at Koforidua the Eastern Regional capital.
The paving of the entire compound of GBC Sunrise FM was a promise made by the President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo during his campaign tour of the Eastern Region prior to the 2020 elections.
The work, which is about 70% complete, is under the auspices of the Ministry of Roads and Highways with supervision from the MP for New Juaben North Nana Adjei Boateng.
The Regional Director of GBC Sunrise FM, Nii Adjei Klu, thanked the government for the support and appealed for a modern security post to be erected to replace the over 60 years old one. This he noted, will help improve security and also beautify the frontage of the premises.
The MP for New Juaben North, Nana Adjei Boateng expressed satisfaction at the quality of work executed by the Contractor and asked him to replace the old security gate.
