All employees under the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO), are to receive new contracts that specify when they are due to exit the program.
According to sources, the programme is faced with some challenges as some of the 99,000 beneficiaries exit the policy without notifying their respective offices.
The salaries of some of the beneficiaries have also delayed.
