At today’s hearings, at the High Court, the lawyers requested an extract of  diary of action which was yet to be given to them by the AG.

But,  the Director of Public Prosecution Yvonne  Attakora Oboubisa told the court that, they are yet to be served with Ofosu Ampofo’s application to struct out two counts of assault.

She said she will need time to consider it when served on them.

On the request for extract of  diary of action, by counsel for the second accused person  Basit Aziz Bamba she said prosecution has filed its affidavit in opposition to that request.

On the issue of the Alibi, she said prosecution has filed a report and its statement in respect of that application.

The Commercial Court  adjourned the case to June 7, 2019.
