A resident who heard gunshots narrating the incident to GBC NEWS said: “We heard the man driving towards the house because his car has a noisy sound. Immediately he got home, we heard gunshot, we opened our louvres to check what the noise was about. Initially, we thought it was his burst car tyre or a firecracker. After a while, we heard his daughter and wife screaming for help.”

“We all came out but did not know what was happening until we realised the driving side of the door has been opened with a glass broken with profuse bleeding from the eyes. We called the police and they said we should carry him to the hospital if he is not dead and they would do a follow-up.”
