On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the Ghana Police Service arrested Nana Poku Piesie, also known as Kwabena, after a viral video surfaced in which he claimed to have had sexual intercourse with a minor.
The suspect is currently in custody and is cooperating with police investigations regarding his claims.
The viral video prompted widespread calls from social media users for law enforcement to take action against Nana Poku Piesie.
In a statement, the police assured the public that the suspect will be subjected to due legal process.
