President Akufo-Addo will today (January 14), lead the Ministry of Monitoring and Evaluation to formally launch the maiden Results Fair to highlight government interventions.
The event will offer agencies and Ministries implementing the 17 priority areas of government initiatives to tell their stories.
The 17 priority areas, including the Planting for Food and Jobs under the Ministry of Food and Agriculture as well as the One-District-One-Factory under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, would have booths to engage the public on their achievements.
In each of the booths, the participating agencies will display infographics, pictures, videos to highlight relevant information about projects.
The Minister of Monitoring and Evaluation, Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei said the fair is one of the efforts by government to promote inclusive engagement and interactions between the public sector and the people to promote evidence-based decision-making and improve accountability for results.
