President John Dramani Mahama has rounded off his two-day working visit to the Upper West Region with an inspection of the site earmarked for the proposed new Wa Airport.
The inspection formed part of activities undertaken by the President during his ‘Resetting Ghana Tour,’ aimed at assessing key development projects and engaging with stakeholders on the region’s development priorities.

The proposed Wa Airport is expected to enhance air connectivity between the Upper West Region and other parts of the country while supporting trade, tourism and investment.
