PRO of the Ghana Prisons Service, Vitalis Ayeh says prisoners found on the streets of Accra cleaning and weeding all over, is the result of an MOU the Prisons Service has signed with Zoomlion to clean Accra.
Speaking on GBC’s ‘Behind The News’, he said prisoners are cleaning the streets of Accra to foster government’s intention of a clean city.
