Lawyer for the second suspect in the murder of the late University of Ghana Law lecturer, Emmanuel Larbi Amoah, has asked the Kaneshie District Court to transfer his client to a better hospital for proper treatment.

He told the court that his client is not responding to treatment due to poor health care delivery and showed pictures of his client in open court.

Prosecution led by Inspector Tetteh Okuffo explained to the court that Opambour Agya Badu Nkansah, is given proper treatment at the hospital and that all medical expenses are being taken care of.

The Court presided over by Ama Adomah Kwakye, directed the prosecution to present a medical report to that effect to enable the Court to transfer the suspect to another hospital for medical care if he is not well by the next adjourned date.

The case has been adjourned to the 18th of this month.
