Court orders arrest of woman over GH₵100,000 cocoa road contract

An Appeals Court Judge, Justice Dennis Agyei, has acknowledged gaps in the country’s justice delivery system and lauded the USAID funded Case Tracking System to compliment effective justice delivery in the country.

Launching the project in Accra, Justice Agyei was hopeful that the Case Tracking System will ensure transparency and accountability.

He appealed to the partners and USAID to expand the exercise to cater for more districts and regions. The three-year project will be implemented in 40 districts in seven regions.
