The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) will announce new utility tariffs by the 9th of December. It is not clear whether tariffs will be increased or reduced.
However, the regulator has given utility providers a new template to fill in their assets, liabilities and loans based on which the Commission will determine the tariffs.
These were revealed at a meeting with utility providers to discuss the proposed template for major tariff adjustments in 2019.
