Our attention has been drawn to our publication of 16th June,’22 on court proceedings in a cross examination of Maj. Albert Don-Chebe (Rtd) in the case ‘GBC vr BUY MEDIA.
The statement “the settlement signed by Maj. Don Chebe as Director- General awarding to Buy Media Nine- point- four million Ghana cedis was wrongful………” should have read” the settlement signed by Maj. Don Chebe as Director- General awarding to Buy Media slots was wrongful………….. “
The offending reference in that concluding paragraph is expunged from the records. It was without malice, but an inadvertent editorial ‘ faux pas’ which we unreservedly apologise.
