An instructor at the Physio Solutions and Rehabilitation Centre, Charles Ababio Afram says ‘missionary’ is the best sexual position.
According to Mr. Ababio Afram, even though the ‘missionary’ position during sex is not fun, it helps to avoid stroke.
“So the best position we will advocate for is possibly the ‘missionary’ unless you tell me that it’s not fun to, should I say, to experience or something and that is the best way to have sex”, Mr. Ababio Afram said this on the GTV Breakfast Show.

For her part, the Consultant and Physiotherapist at the Physio Solutions and Rehabilitation Centre, Dorothy Asamoah also stated that the best position helps to enable the free flow of blood when standing.
“We advocate people assume the right posture whenever you stand. Like somebody wants to stand for a long time. People will stand this way, attention for 30 minutes. You are hurting your back. It’s good you stand with one leg in front, one behind. So that with time, you just change over just to distribute the weight of the body”, she stated.
