Days after the discovery of the heinous murders of two teenagers and one other, and the subsequent arrest of two individuals, at Abesim, near Sunyani, Police remain tight-lipped on how the investigation into the matter is progressing.
Information available however indicates that the second suspect in the Abesim murder case has been released.
According to Police, the second suspect, who is the father of the prime suspect, Richard Appiah, was released, because, he does not have direct contact with what the prime suspect did.
Also, even though the suspect is the owner of the house, where the bodies were found, he does not have any knowledge of the crime.
On how the bereaved families are faring, reports say people are trooping in day in, day out to commiserate with the families, but they have been cautioned to be circumspect in speaking with journalists.
