A joint operation of personnel drawn from Defense Intelligence, Criminal Investigative Department, (CID), of Ghana Police Service, Bureau of National Investigations, (BNI) conducted an operation which led to the arrest of three persons.

The security agencies retrieved several arms, explosive devices and ammunition from locations in Accra and Bawaleshie near Dodowa.

These were disclosed in a statement issued and signed by the Information Minister, Kojo OPPONG Nkrumah.

The statement which was posted on the Facebook timeline of the Ministry mentioned one Dr. Frederick Yao Mac-Palm and Ezor Kafui, a local weapon manufacturer.
