The Chief Encouragement Officer (CEO) of Dream Focus International, Mr. Daniel Appiah, made history by launching three life-changing books simultaneously at the Dreamers Conference held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Calvary Baptist Church at Shiashi, Accra.
The three books titled “Side Cheque,” “The Light in the Dark,” and “The 5D’s of Talent” aim to empower individuals with the necessary knowledge to achieve fulfillment in life. Mr. Appiah highlighted that the books guide readers to identify and nurture their God-given talents, overcome life challenges, and generate additional income during difficult times.
He expressed optimism for the future, stating that Dream Focus International is dedicated to helping people live their dreams and will not relent until this goal is achieved. He encouraged the youth to step out of their comfort zones and pursue their passions through their talents.
Other speakers at the conference included Mr. Seth Yeboah Ocran, CEO of YOKS Investment Limited, who shared his journey from being a bus conductor to a successful business owner through partnership, integrity, and networking.
Doris Ahiati, one of the speakers who spoke from Barcelona, emphasized prudent money management and the importance of seeking additional income streams, aligning with the concepts in the “Side Cheque” book.
Mr. David A. Ofori, the Director of Innovation at the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program (NEIP) of the Government of Ghana, urged Ghanaians to prioritize reading books over excessive use of social media, as it can positively impact their lives and mindsets.
Overall, the conference provided valuable insights and networking opportunities to equip attendees with the tools to overcome challenges, achieve their dreams, and succeed in various areas of life.
