The Judicial Service says it is ready to accept criticisms from the media as long as they are constructive no matter how harsh it would be. What it would not accept is for the justice adjudicating body to be subjected to insults.

A Justice of the Supreme Court, Yoni Kulendi, in a  media engagement with the Ghana Journalists Association, National Media Commission and the Ghana Bar Association, said when the Judges speak it is final, but the onus lies on the Media to do a good job by disseminating the news to the public.

President of the Ghana Journalists Association, Affail Monney, for his part acknowledged the professionalism of media men and women in the coverage of the Election Petition.

He, however, called on the media to ensure that they are at all-time guided by the ethics of the profession whilst the country awaits the judgement which will be delivered tomorrow.

President of the Ghana Bar Association, Tony Forson, appealed to lawyers to show leadership after the judgement.
