A Level 100 B.Com Student of the University of Cape Coast has been killed by a speeding vehicle at Ayensudom near the UCC Satellite Campus.
According to a Media Release signed by the Director of Public Affairs, Major Kofi Baah-Bentum (Rtd), the student, 19 year old Priscilla Owusu Achia was in the company of her friends to buy some food items when a sprinter bus knocked her down.
She was rushed to the hospital but gave up the ghost on Tuesday, April 13.
According to the Release the family has been informed and the Saltpond Police are investigating the case.
