The Public Relations Officer of the Upper East Regional Police Command, ASP David Fianko Okyere, has described the shooting incident as bizarre.
This is because it happened at a time crime in the area is at an all-time low.
Speaking to Nathaniel Nartey, ASP Fianko said the IGP has placed a GH₵50,000 bounty on the heads of the criminals, while the Police has intensified investigations to apprehend the perpetrators dead or alive.
