Vice President, Mahamudu Bawumia has cut the sod for work to begin on the upgrading of roads in all Garrisons of the Ghana Armed Forces across the country.

The project which is part of the Regeneration programme will see the asphalting of inner roads in the barracks.

Vice President Bawumia said the government is committed to honoring its promises especially to the security services as they play a major role in ensuring peace and stability in the country.

He reiterated the government’s resolve to improve infrastructure while building a resilient economy.
