The Registrar of Companies (ORC), Mrs. Jemima Oware, has reiterated that the ORC does not have any momo accounts. She has therefore warned the public and businesses not to do any business with anyone on phone for the renewal of their business registration.
Speaking on GTV’s Breakfast Show, Mrs. Oware said charlatans are using the excuse of business registration to rip off citizens.
She, therefore, urged businesses to visit the ORC directly for any business.
Mrs. Oware said the VIP section and online registration portal will be ready by the end of this year, where business owners can register in peace without interference.
