The Ghana Highway Authority in collaboration with Eris Property Group has started the construction of an underground drainage system on the Dzorwulu-Malam N1 Highway to deal with the excessive flooding on that stretch of road.

The 900 millimeter drain is estimated at GH¢250,000.

It begins from the Shell Filling station near the Tullow office building along the Djorwulu stretch of the N1 towards Lapaz.

The Greater Accra Regional Director of the Ghana Highway Authority, Lawrence Lamptey hoped such partnership from the private sector is critical for national development.
