Former President Jerry John Rawlings has called for a swift and conclusive investigations to apprehend the assailants of investigative journalist, Ahmed Hussein-Suale.
Flt Lt (rtd) JJ Rawlings said the murder of Hussein-Suale must not remain unresolved because it has implications on the wider safety of citizens.
In a tweeted message on Saturday, Flt Lt (rtd) Rawlings also supported calls by President Akufo-Addo and other opinion leaders for a swift and conclusive investigation.

Hussein-Suale was gunned down in cold blood at Madina by two unidentified gunmen on a motorbike while driving home at Madina in Accra.
He was buried last Friday in Accr, according to Islamic law.
