Bongo District to solve high fluoride content in water

The Bongo District Chief Executive, Peter Ayamga Ayimbisi says high fluoride content in water sources in the district continue to hamper efforts to achieve improved and sustainable safe water.

He has therefore appealed to stakeholders to assist the district in attaining fluoride free water. Mr. Ayimbisi made this known during a National Learning Exchange Programmed on strengthening Local Government Systems to deliver Safe and Sustainable Wash Services in Accra. This initiative is a collaboration between the Water Aid, Water4 and Hunger Project with focal District Assemblies
