Government says it will not backtrack on directives aimed at sanitising the retail trading environment.
It says though a deadline was given to the Foreigners to leave the Market, government will deploy diplomacy in resolving the issue.
Head of Communications at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Prince Boakye Boateng disclosed this on GBC’s current affairs programme, ‘Behind the News’.
Mr Boateng advised Ghanaian businesses not to be profit oriented but adopt measures that will make them attractive and competitive on the Global stage.
