Jobhouse Services Limited a company offering temporary staffing and recruitment services in Ghana has launched www.xycareers.com/ghana, a new jobs and career coaching website aimed at changing the way employers go about online recruitment in Ghana and also making sure each candidate gets a job within 3 months.

The site www.xycareers.com currently serves Ghana and Nigeria and combines latest online recruitment technology, advanced job search options and expert-written career articles to intelligently match candidates with the right jobs and making sure employers get value for money while going through the recruitment process.

Mr. Reuben Noye Tetteh, technical director and team lead for the new website said, “this website is a cutting-edge product and it’s far advanced than other job websites in the country but pleasantly user-friendly. We expect tremendous reception from both employers and job seekers.”

To post a job vacancy on the website, employers could simply email their job vacancies to jobvacancy@xycareers.com and include a valid phone number and the support team will reach out. Alternatively, employers could register and post a job right from their dashboard with ease.

Over 100,000 graduates are churned out in Ghana each year and far too many companies struggle to fill various vacancies. “With xycareers.com, companies and HR professionals will now be able to intelligently match vacancies with suitable candidates’ profiles and job seekers will also be able to match their profiles with suitable vacancies more easily,” said Richard Dogbe, Founder and CEO of JobHouse Ghana.

Jobhouse Services Limited (JobHouse Recruitment Agency) is a licensed employment agency by the Labour Department. The company currently employs 16 Ghanaians, and over 800 outsourced staff to other companies operating in construction, services and other industries.
