Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, says through the prudent managementof the economy, the surge in inflation and depreciation of the cedi which characterizes election years are missing.
Addressing Teachers and Artisans in Ablekuma Central, the Vice President said the usual debate about depreciation of the cedi has abated indicating that the currency has depreciated by only 2% this year (2020)
He spoke of government clearly thought out plan to transform the economy.
