COVID-19: 3 Police Stations, 2 Hospitals get share of McDan hand sanitisers

In line with the call made by the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for local entrepreneurs to manufacture products like hand sanitizers in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak in Ghana, and even for future occurrences, McDan Foundation has donated hand sanitisers to five institutions in Accra.

The institutions – East and West Legon, Odorkor Police Stations, Lekma and Mamobi Hospitals – had their share on day-3 of the distribution exercise which started at Legon police station and ended in Mamobi.

Receiving over 1000 5L gallons of Alcohol based Sanitisers on behalf of LEKMA Hospital, MP for Ledzokuku constituency, Dr Okoe Boye, thanked McDan foundation for responding timely in the wake of global pandemic.

“When those who are blessed with substance bless others in need, the world becomes a better place. The people of Ledzokuku are grateful to Dr. Daniel Mckorley and the McDAN Foundation for the love.”

At Odorkor, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Divisional MTTD Commander, Michael Asiedu, thanked McDan foundation for the kind gesture.

Maamobi

The Medical Superintendent of Maamobi General Hospital, Dr Okine, thanked the McDan Group of Companies for their humane gesture and requested for more medical items to support the hospital.
