A Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum says though government is spending much on improving education in the country, the conditions of learning in schools still remain very poor.

This is because the curriculum was not designed to make students critical thinkers.

Speaking on GTV’s Current Affairs Programme ‘Talking Point’, Dr. Adutwum called for effective reformation of the school curricula to meet international standards.
