A Governance Analyst Frederick Agyarko Oduro thinks though individuals can purchase past questions for the WASSCE students, government’s purchase of the past questions is just a way of spoon-feeding students which will rather make them lazy looking at the cost involved.
Speaking to GBC News, Mr. Agyarko Oduro asked whether due diligence was done in the procurement process.
He asked for a debate on the issue and justification for the cost involved.
