Needy but brilliant students of the University of Ghana (UG) Engineering School are to benefit from a Japanese Scholarship in an agreement between the University of Ghana and Toyota Ghana Limited.
The partnership agreement which was signed in a brief ceremony in Accra will also see the construction of a multi-purpose Workshop and a Training Centre by Toyota Ghana Limited.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Ebenezer Oduro Owusu who signed on behalf of the University said he is optimistic that the project will enhance the practical capacity of students in order to benefit from industry and vice versa.
