The Health Minister, Kwaku Agyemang Manu has directed Health Training Institutions in the country not to start programmes without obtaining accreditation so as to avoid problems in the future.
He further stressed that any Health Training Institution that wishes to introduce new Programmes should consult the Ministry for due process to be followed.
He assured the Kintampo College of Health and Well being as well as the Yamfo College of Health of the Ministry’s commitment to solve their challenges.
The Minister was speaking at the 50th Anniversary and the 7th graduation ceremony of the Kintampo College of Health and Well being in Kintampo in the Bono East Region.
