Following the Ghana Education Service’s launch of the e-learning platform for students to access education electronically, there have been complaints from a section of the public that they are having challenges accessing the platform.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Public Relations Officer of the GES, Cassandra Twum-Ampofo, said the problem could be that those people do not use the right mode of application to log in.
She outlined access to the e-learning platform by logging on to the website icampusgh.com and the steps to go through.
She also advised Ghanaian students to take advantage of the learning platform broadcast live on GBC channel “Ghana Learning TV” within this lock-down period.
