PTA Council supports GES position to surcharge rioting WASSCE final year students

President of the National Council of  Parent-Teacher Associations (PTA), Alex Yaw Danso has apologised to President Akufo-Addo for the improper behavior of the final year WASSCE  Students after their Integrated Science Paper.

Videos emerged on social media shortly after the paper on Monday, August 3, with students vandalising school property while others used unprintable language on the President, blaming him for the difficulties they encountered writing the paper.

Mr. Danso said the behavior is uncalled for and blamed parents for failing to instill discipline in their children.

Mr. Danso said the Association supports the GES directive that students of  Tweneboa Kodua SHS who vandalised school property to be surcharged.
