Professor Baffour Agyemang Duah’s comments come in the wake of the introduction of the Double Track Policy for Senior High Schools across the country starting next academic year.
Another Governance Expert Professor Emmanuel Asiamah lauded the Semester System but cautioned government to hasten slowly in its implementation.
