The Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) Rev Professor Anthony Afful-Broni has asked the University Community to soberly reflect on the institution’s achievements in the year under review and celebrate with pride and gratitude.
In a Christmas message, the Vice-Chancellor said 2019 has been a fruitful year as the University has constructed more lecture theatres, a state of the art student center and improved student’s connectivity to the internet.
According to him, next year (2020) will see the construction of four more lecture theatres which will accommodate about two thousand students adding that the issue of space and accommodation for teachers is being addressed.
