In support of efforts by various state actors towards youth empowerment, Global Ambassador Production House, GAP-HUZ, an event management house has been putting up events for the youth in fashion and culture to have the opportunity to showcase and sell their brands.

This year, GAP-HUZ is bringing the youth together through the promotion of amateur and upcoming models in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis in the Western region.

This year’s event dubbed:, “Corporate Cocktail Fashion 2019” is part of activities marking ‘Year of Return’, an initiative  by  the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and being spearheaded by  the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.

Speaking in an interview with Twin City Radio News in Sekondi, the Chief Executive Officer of GAP-HUZ, Nathaniel Kwesi Mawusi Aguiar said the programme is to portray the rich Ghanaian cultural heritage in various lifestyle with emphasis on the Western Region.

He said the region has a lot to showcase and the event seeks to portray them through spoken words, talent display, acoustic performance comedy and runway shows by renowned fashion designers.

Mr. Aguiar said the show is expected to bring on board various celebrity, guests across the country.

According to him, as it has always been the case, the event intends to create a platform for the audience about the local fashion accessories as well as corporate and professional bodies.

He urged various organizations, individuals to patronize the event by buying indigenous branded products that will be on display.
