As part of activities to round off the celebration of this year’s Easter, the Management and Staff of Uniik FM, a network of GBC at Bosomoiso, organised fun games for the Churches in the community to promote unity among them.
It was also to help ease boredom since the community has no recreational facility.
The programme is the first to be organised by the station.
Among the participants were the Anglican, Methodist and Church of Pentecost.
They took part in games including thread and needle, egg and spoon, fill-in the bottle, tug of peace, sack race and eating competitions.
Speaking at the function, the Head of Uniik FM, Kwamina Onumah said the program was aimed at promoting love, peace and tranquility in the community and also ease boredom.
He noted that such activities will not be a one day wonder but organised periodically to inform, educate and entertain the people.
