The Headmaster of the School, Alhaji A.B Yakubu commended government for the quick response in providing the project to address infrastructure deficits confronting the school as a result of the Free SHS policy. He however mentioned litany of challenges currently confronting the school.

Mr. Yakubu also disclosed that since the inception of the school 70 years ago, Kumasi T.I Ahmadiyya SHS had never had violent demonstrations because of its enviable discipline.

Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu paid tribute to the founding fathers of the school whose vision has produced many distinguished personalities contributing immensely to national development. He urged students of the school to take advantage of the Government’s free SHS to realise their dreams.

President Akufo-Addo and Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu were honored by the school with their portraits, while past and present headmasters, staff and non-teaching staff were acknowledged with citations.
