The Ghana Institute of Journalism in partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organisation is to run a course on Biodiversity and its sustainability.
It seeks to build the capacity of journalist on in-depth biodiversity and environmental issue.
This was announced by the Acting Deputy Rector of the Institute, Dr. Modestus Fosu at a forum in Accra to mark World Biodiversity Day.
Dr. Fosu said biodiversity is a global concern and needs to be addressed to avoid food insecurity and other related health implications.
