Health Minister says another lock-down could be if necessary

Ghana’s COVID-19 cases now stand at 3,091 with 18 deaths. Will the increasing numbers call for another lockdown.

The Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyeman Manu does not think so but says a lockdown will be considered only when it becomes necessary.
