Healthcare delivery in Bleamezado in the Anloga District has received a boost following the commissioning of a new community clinic built through the support of benefactor Mama Ablavi Sotorli Dogbatse Kudolo.
The facility, which has been furnished with medical equipment donated by Togbi Xornametor I and Mr Vincent Kwamitse Kaledzi, was commissioned at a ceremony attended by residents of Bleamezado, both home and abroad, as well as regents, elders, youth groups and other community stakeholders.

The ceremony was chaired by Dr Holy Alormatu and attended by the representative of the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Anloga, the Anloga District Director of Health Services, the Medical Superintendent of the Anloga Polyclinic and their respective teams.
During the ceremony, the chairman and Togbi Xornametor I appealed for support to establish a laboratory at the clinic to strengthen diagnostic services for residents.
In response, the Member of Parliament for the area donated GH¢20,000 towards the laboratory project and also presented a motorcycle to support the mobility of health workers and improve healthcare delivery in the community.

The MP expressed appreciation to the individuals and organisations whose contributions had helped bring healthcare services closer to the people of Bleamezado.
He commended Mama Ablavi Sotorli Dogbatse Kudolo and Togbi Xornametor I for their commitment to community development and prayed for God’s blessings for all individuals and organisations supporting the development agenda of the Anloga District.
“Together, we shall continue to build a healthier, stronger and more developed Anloga District.”
The commissioning of the clinic is expected to improve access to basic healthcare services in Bleamezado and reduce the need for residents to travel long distances for medical care.
