The Deputy Upper West Regional Minister, Amidu Chinnia Issahaku, has appealed to the media to partner the Ghana Health Service, to sensitise the public, especially parents with children under four, not to miss the Inactivated Polio Vaccination (IPV) campaign, that is being carried out across the country.
He said the Inactivated Polio Vaccine, is a preventive measure and important for the health of the child, although some parents do not see the essence of the exercise.
Mr Issahaku was speaking to mothers at the Wa Urban Center where the exercise started in the Wa Municipality.
