The Ministry of Health (MoH) has reaffirmed its commitment to improve the health status of the indigenous Ghanaian population. It is also seeing to it that the government’s vision of Universal Health Coverage is achieved.

The Ministry is by this collaborating with all agencies and stakeholders in the sector to improve the human capital, thereby creating wealth through quality health care.

The Deputy Minister of Health, Tina Mensah, said this in a speech read on her behalf at the 40th anniversary durbar of the Narh Bita Hospital in Tema.

The former Managing Director of Graphic Communications, Ransford Tetteh, called for the inclusion of quality healthcare training in the syllabus of health institutions to enable them to render better service to patients.

The Founder and Chief Executive of the Hospital, Dr. Emmanuel Ami Narh, entreated all to continue to support it to meet the health needs of the people.
