Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Mental Health Authority, Dr. Akwasi Osei says, plans are underway to rebuild the Accra Psychiatric Hospital to meet the health needs of patients.
Speaking in Accra, Dr. Osei said the hospital is currently faced with financial challenges but was quick to add that measures are being put in place to secure funds to run the facility.
