Vice President of the Psychological Association of Ghana, Dr. Collins Badu Agyemang, said the spread of COVID-19 globally is having devastating effects on people.
He said the psychological challenges created by the disease has necessitated the services of psychologists to help affected persons.
Speaking to Journalists on COVID-19 in Accra, Dr Badu Agyemang lauded the inclusion of psychologists who have been engaged to provide psychological assistance to frontline workers, especially those on quarantine and patients.
Dr Badu Agyemang also went on to advised Ghanaians to use the partial lockdown season productively.
