President John Dramani Mahama has explained Ghana’s decision to reject a proposed health compact from the United States, saying some of the conditions were unacceptable to the country.
Speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, President Mahama said the proposal was carefully reviewed before Cabinet took the decision to decline it.
