Hussein Suale Murder Case: 6 arrested and granted bail

Six persons who were arrested in connection with the murder of investigative Journalist with TigerEye PI, Ahmed Hussein Suale, have been granted bail.

The suspects have been asked to report to the CID headquarters for further questioning.

Three other individuals including: Ghana Football Association’s former President Kwesi Nyantakyi, Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong and Investigative Journalist, Anas Arimeyaw Anas have provided statements to the Police.

The Director General of Public Affairs at the Ghana Police Service, ACP David Eklu who disclosed this at an engagement with Journalists in Kumasi, gave the assurance that the Police are working hard to arrest the perpetrators.

Ahmed Hussein-Suale was shot dead in his car at Madina in January 2019 generating global condemnation.

GJA  holds memorial service for late Suale

In a another development, the GJA will this morning hold a memorial service for the late Hussein Suale at the Ghana International Press Center in Accra.

The service which is being organised by the Ghana Journalist Association (GJA) in collaboration with Tiger Eye PI is expected to be attended by journalists, editors, political leaders and family of the deceased.
