The Lausanne Workplace Forum 2026 will run from 6–9 August at the Pentecost Convention Centre in Gomoa Fetteh, convening influential business leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and emerging change-makers from across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond under one central theme: Kingdom Impact ln Every Sphere Of Life: Workplace Engagement in Discipling Africa-integrating faith with vocation.
The Forum poses a pressing question for a continent where Christianity is growing rapidly: What happens when Christians stop separating Sunday faith from Monday work?
A Bold Conviction for a Critical Moment
Organizers say the timing is intentional. At a moment when many African nations face corruption, economic uncertainty, leadership failures, youth unemployment, technological disruption, and declining public trust in institutions, the Forum is anchored on one conviction: “The Church’s mission does not end at the church door.”
Africa continent has one of the fastest-growing Christian populations in the world. Yet many believers continue to struggle with a fundamental question: ‘How do I faithfully follow Christ in my everyday work?
The gathering seeks to close that gap. Its goal is to equip business leaders, educators, healthcare professionals, public servants, innovators, creatives, and emerging leaders to see their workplaces as mission fields and their professions as instruments for societal transformation.
Over four days, delegates will engage plenary sessions and workshops centered on eight key themes:
